Information that we, Plus Publications, collect from you.
Plus Publications, producers of LGBP content, may collect data from users of our site when:
- Download Credits are purchased in order to access content from our site, or
- contact is made with us via a contact form on our website, or
- an email is sent to us directly at one of our email addresses
We do not share any data submitted to us (as specified above) with any third parties. (We do occasionally wish to quote some feedback submitted to us via the form on our feedback page. On that page, we offer users of our content the option of either allowing us to quote feedback, or not.)
'cookies'
Some websites make use of 'cookies' to collect impersonal data from users in order to analyse website usage. Our website does not make use of cookies.
Information that our payment processing companies collect from you.
We accept payments via our website via two renowned payment processing companies:
- Realex Payments, and
- PayPal
When a transaction is carried out via our website by you, the Purchaser, information such as credit card data is not submitted to us at Plus Publications. Transaction-related data is submitted directly to one of the companies, above, via their own secure servers. We do not ever see - or have access to - your financial/credit card details. Making contact with you.
We ourselves, at Plus Publications, are acutely aware of the irritation of spam email. If you do decide to make a purchase via our website, we also take this to mean that you may be interested in being informed about new language-learning content that we publish. We may make contact with you, via email, to inform you that we have created new content. If we do make contact with you to inform you of such releases, you will have the opportunity of opting-out of future email notifications by modifying the settings in your account Profile.
If you submit a question to us via our website, we will normally contact you via email, unless you specifically request that we contact you via another means, e.g. phone. Please see our Support links, above, for ways of contacting us.
