1. I was a subscriber on your old site. Do I still have access to Lesson Guides?
Yes! If you transferred from our old site (and your 3-month membership is still continuing) you still have full access to all Lesson Guides on our site until your membership expires. (Your 'My Account' Links are different to those of new users. Go ahead and download Guides from the Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Starter Pack pages. When your membership does actually expire, your Account will then show '0' Credits. You will then be able to purchase Download Credits if you wish.)
2. Where are the answers to the exercises?
The Answers are now available via the main navigation bar. Click 'LGBP - General' > 'Answers to Exercises'.
Note that you can also go directly to the Answers page by clicking the 'target' link on the last page of the Lesson Guide you're working on.
3. How can I find a lesson by its Lesson Number?
If you have been working sequentially through lessons, according to the order in which they were released, you may wish to find a lesson according to its lesson number. Use the Lesson Number dropdown menu to bring up the lesson you're after.
4. How can I download the audio files?
The easiest way of keeping track of our audio lessons is to use iTunes (either on a PC or Mac). Find out more here. If, however, you don't want to use iTunes and would prefer to download our audio files to your computer via our site, do the following:
If you're using an Apple Mac, control-click the Play button of the Lesson you're working on. Then select 'Download Linked File As...' from the contextual menu which appears. Specify where you wish to save the file and click 'Save' in the Save dialog box.
If you're using a PC, right-click the Play button of the Lesson you're working on. Then select 'Save Link As...' from the contextual menu which appears. Specify where you wish to save the file and click 'Save' in the Save dialog box.
5. I can't print the Lesson Guides.
Our Lesson Guides are 'PDF' documents which are commonplace on the internet. They have been designed for use with Acrobat Reader software (freely downloadable from the Adobe website). Our Guides are not password protected in any way. If you cannot print, please make sure you have a recent version of Acrobat Reader by choosing 'Check for updates…' from the 'Help' menu in Acrobat Reader.
If your software is up-to-date but printing is taking longer than usual, print from page 2 to the end of the Lesson Guide, bypassing the 1st (cover) page of the Guide. (The 1st page is relatively graphic-intensive and may tie up your printer if you have limited RAM.) Alternatively, try printing the pages of the Guide one by one (again bypassing the cover page). If you can print the pages of the Guide separately, i.e. one at a time rather than all together, this indicates that you have a limited amount of RAM in your computer. (You should still be able to print the pages individually, however.)
6. What are my payment options?
There are two payment options available:
- Realex
- PayPal
We recommend Realex but some users prefer PayPal. (We have found that PayPal has been problematic for a small number of users. In any case, you can choose the option that suits you best. Please go to our Purchasing page for more information.)
7. Despite emailing you, I haven't received a response.
If you do not receive an email response from us, this indicates that:
- our email has been intercepted by your spam filter, or
- a firewall (at your end) has blocked our email from reaching you, or
- your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has mistakenly interpreted our email as spam and has rejected it.
To make sure that we can make contact with you, please add our address to your Contacts List. (Depending on your email program, operating system, etc, your Contacts List may be called your 'Address Book'.) Note that, if you have not added us to your Contacts List, we cannot contact you! The email address you must add to your Contacts List is:
If you have a Hotmail address, you must add our email address to your list of “Safe Senders”. ("Safe Senders" are those people from whom you do wish to receive email.) To add us to your list of Safe Senders, follow these steps:
- Click on the Options button. If you are using the full version of Hotmail instead of the classic version, select More options… too.
- Select Safe and blocked senders under the Junk e-mail heading.
- On the next page, click on Safe Senders to bring up the entry form.
- Type:
... and then click Add to list >>.
8. Are LGBP Lessons and other content copyrighted?
Yes. Plus Publications content may not be modified, reproduced, copied (in a manner other than as specified in the section entitled 'Purchased content: for your personal use' in our Terms and Conditions) or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission of Plus Publications. © All rights reserved.
9. Do Download Credits that I purchase ever expire?
No. Your Download Credits remain in your LGBP account until you use them to download PDF content from our site. There is no time limit on the Credits.
10. I have a question unrelated to the above...
Do you have a different question altogether? Then, from here you can...
Note! Contacting us via the links above - rather than emailing us directly - will result in the quickest response from us.
